Ego state therapy is a means of giving voice to disparate aspects of self for the purpose of hearing forsaken points of view and resolving internal conflicts. A singularly important function of ego state therapy is to reduce loyalty to the aggressor and return loyalty to the self.
Somatic Therapy

Somatic work is related to mindful awareness. It may include grounding, expanding the person’s window of tolerance through engaging in life enhancing resources, tracking mindfully in a moment to moment way what is happening in the body. Through somatic work people hook up their cut off dashboard gauges, and in doing so, become embodied.
